Growth Review

Where your AI practice is actually constrained, what removing that constraint is worth, and an honest answer on whether we are the right people to help. Including when we are not.

What it is

A read on your AI practice, from someone who has built one.

Not a discovery call, not a pitch with a diagnostic wrapped round it. Ninety minutes on your business, with the people who actually decide what it does next.

First

We read the business

What you sell now, who buys it, where the technical practice is genuinely strong, and where the commercial conversation is happening without you.

You talk. We ask.
Roughly half the time

Then

We name the constraint

Which of the two capabilities is missing, where in the sequence you are arriving, and what that is costing in deal size, margin and position.

Specific, not generic
Your accounts, your numbers

Finally

We price the gap

What removing the constraint is plausibly worth over the next two years — and the two or three things that would move it first.

A number you can test
Not a promise

What you leave with

Four things, whether or not you ever buy anything.

  • The constraint, named. Where your AI practice is actually stuck, in language you can repeat to your co-founder without translating it.
  • What it is worth. A defensible estimate of what removing it changes in revenue and deal size, with the assumptions visible so you can argue with them.
  • The first two or three moves. What we would do first if it were our business, in order, with reasons.
  • An honest answer on us. Whether Growth Executive is the right next step, or whether it is not.

Nothing here is contingent on buying. If the useful outcome of the conversation is that you go and do it yourself, that is a good outcome and we will say so.

We will tell you if the answer is no.

Why it costs nothing. The Growth Review is the only reliable way we have of telling whether a partner should work with us. A partner who should not buy is identified in ninety minutes rather than in month four of a paid engagement, which is better for them and considerably better for us.

So it is a qualification instrument, not a lead magnet. There is no follow-up sequence, no nurture track, and no proposal unless you ask for one.

Before you book

Who this is for, and who it is not.

Saying so plainly saves both of us an hour and a half.

Book it if

This sounds like your business

You are a Microsoft MSP somewhere between £2m and £100m. Your technical delivery is genuinely good. Your customers are starting to talk about AI, and those conversations are happening a floor above the people you know. You can bring your leadership team, and you have a horizon — growth, investment, succession or exit.

Ninety minutes is likely to be worth it.

Don’t book it if

You are looking for something else

You want lead generation, appointment setting or an outsourced sales function. You want somebody to sell for you rather than with you. You want us to implement, configure or deploy technology. Or the conversation would be you alone, with no intention of involving the people who carry the number.

We would only tell you that at the end.

Proof

The person in the room.

Most growth advisers study growth. We have run it.

Twenty-five years of P&L accountability at GM and CxO level: Vodafone, O2 / Telefónica, Symantec / Norton, Staples Europe, Equifax and Helvar. £24bn of cumulative revenue under direct accountability, £1.1bn of additional annual revenue delivered.

And already done inside an MSP.

Principle Networks, 2023 to 2025: a commercial growth system installed with the leadership team. £2.9m to £7.9m turnover and £1m EBITDA, a year ahead of plan — the same commercial capability this conversation is about.

A seat in the decision, not a slot in the quote list.

Ninety minutes on where your AI practice is constrained, what removing that constraint is worth, and whether we are the right people to help.

Win the business case before you win the build.
