We apply the 5P System inside your business — and alongside you, with your customers.
Executive includes everything in Practice. It adds 14 direct working days across the year. Ten days are spent with your leadership and commercial teams. Four days are spent alongside your team, with selected customers. Executive costs £12,000 a year for Ingram Micro partners. It is an annual membership. You pay on enrolment.
Join by 15 October and we include three Secure AI Business Envisioning Workshops. Each normally costs £2,500, so the three have a normal value of £7,500. They use three of your four Executive customer working days.
Microsoft co-op funding. Practice and Executive may be eligible for Microsoft co-op funding support. Check that you are eligible before you rely on it. Check the claim route too. You can see your co-op position in the Microsoft portal.
Being brought in after the business decision has already been made.
MSP owners say these two things to us. The same problem causes both, at opposite ends of the same opportunity.
We only hear about it when they ask us to quote.
We built exactly what they asked for, but there was no next conversation.
One partner leads the commercial conversation. That partner writes the brief. Everyone else then quotes against it. If the brief is written without you, you are bidding inside someone else’s decision. You compete on scope and price. What your work is worth rarely comes into it.
Learn the system, build it in a structured group, or apply it directly.
All three tiers use the same 5P System, with three levels of support. You can join at any tier.
Community explains the method. Practice builds your commercial system in a structured group. Executive applies the same system one to one. It works inside your business, and with selected customers.
Executive uses the same 5P System as Practice. It adds 14 direct working days a year. Ten are with your teams. Four are with your customers.
Executive works inside your business. It also works alongside you, with selected customers. Your MSP owns the customer relationship throughout. Deeper end-customer work is separately scoped and priced.
The same five methods, applied directly to your business.
Each method has a defined process and a defined output. On Executive we run all five directly with your teams.
Position → Package → Prospect → Proof → Profit. What you learn at P5 feeds back into P1 and P2.
On Executive we work through these five methods directly with your teams, on your own offers and accounts.
14 direct working days, agreed across the year.
We agree the 14-day schedule with you when you join.
One to one with your teams
Ten working days applying the 5P System to your business. We work with your leadership and commercial teams. On site where that helps.
Alongside your team
- Understand business needs and priorities
- Identify Secure AI opportunities
- Shape the commercial opportunity
- Move towards a clear next decision
Your MSP owns the customer relationship throughout. Everything in Practice is included. That means the 90-day 5P activation and the monthly Practice Growth Clinic. It means all ten vertical workshops. You also get the sector toolkits, the target lists and Cumulus Community.
Executive does not include unlimited access. Your schedule sets out the 14 days. Deeper work with your customers is scoped and priced separately.
Capital readiness sessions, for Practice and Executive members.
These sessions are for members with turnover above £5m. The programme is still to be confirmed. BGF is a growth investor. Eligible members look at what drives the value of the business. They also look at how ready it is for investment, and what the options are.
The sessions are proposed to run four times a year, in a BGF office. Practice and Executive members can attend. Your turnover must be above £5m to attend. You do not have to be selling your business. BGF does not ask for a mandate. The sessions do not promise investment or funding. They do not promise a change in what your business is worth.
Ingram Micro and BGF still have to agree the dates. See the dates in the calendar →
Join by 15 October and three Envisioning Workshops are included.
Enrolment for the first Executive intake opens on 23 September 2026. It closes on 15 October 2026. We then agree your schedule. The work begins in November.
Launch Partners receive three Secure AI Business Envisioning Workshops. Each one normally costs £2,500. They use three of your four Executive customer days. You can use the fourth day for another customer during the year.
Executive gives you 14 working days in total. Ten are inside your business. Four are with your customers.
Our specialists work alongside you on each day. Your MSP owns the customer relationship throughout. If the customer goes ahead, you still do the technical work.
| Executive membership | £12,000 a year, payable on enrolment |
| Direct working days | 14 across the year · 10 inside your business, 4 with customers |
| Three Secure AI Business Envisioning Workshops | Normally £2,500 each, so £7,500 in total |
| Launch Partner benefit | Included, using three of your four customer days |
You decide what to charge your customer for each Envisioning Workshop.
15 October 2026
31 December 2026
Booked means you have named the customer and we have agreed the opportunity is suitable. It also means the date is in the diary. The workshop itself can happen later. Every workshop depends on the customer being a fit. We do not offer cash instead.
The three workshops are a joining benefit. They sit inside your four customer days. They are not added to them.
What the Envisioning Workshop does for your customer.
Each workshop is one customer working day, normally £2,500. This section sets out what your customer gets, what you gain, and what happens next.
The workshop takes one day, on site, with your customer’s leadership team. The day covers business questions, not technical configuration. It looks at where their business needs to improve, and whether AI could do it.
TechGrowth’s specialists run the day alongside you. You are in the room throughout. You keep the customer relationship.
An answer they can act on
- Their own economics on one page. Their leadership team agrees the numbers in the room, so the page is theirs.
- A list of priorities. It shows where AI could improve revenue, margin, capacity, speed or risk. The list is ordered by what is worth doing first.
- A shortlist of AI opportunities. It records what is worth pursuing, and what has been ruled out.
- A written decision. Proceed, wait, or do not invest. Sometimes the honest answer is the last one.
A different kind of conversation
- A meeting with the people who sign. Most MSPs only talk to the IT manager. The workshop puts you in front of the board.
- An agreed priority in writing. You can then design a Microsoft workload for it.
- Numbers the customer produced. The case belongs to them, so their finance team finds it far harder to dismiss.
- A reason for the customer to buy the next step. If they proceed, you retain the technical opportunity.
From a first conversation to a Microsoft workload you build.
- Secure AI Opportunity Assessment. This takes thirty to forty-five minutes and costs nothing. It is easy for you to offer, and your customer has nothing to approve. The question it answers is whether anything here is worth looking at.
- Secure AI Business Envisioning Workshop. This is the day described above. It is one customer working day, normally £2,500. Launch Partners get three, inside their four customer days.
- A clear next decision. A workshop may find an opportunity worth taking forward. Any deeper work is then scoped and agreed separately.
- Secure AI Implementation. You scope the Microsoft workload, price it and deliver it. TechGrowth does not bid against you for that work.
- You run it. Adoption, governance and the recurring managed AI service.
The workshop moves the conversation from technology to business value. If the customer decides to proceed, you retain the Microsoft implementation opportunity.
No step happens by itself. The customer decides each time. The workshop can also conclude that they should not proceed at all. You keep the customer. You keep the build. Read the full Envisioning Workshop page →
What MSPs do instead of Executive.
All three of these are reasonable. Each card shows the trade-off you make.
Running Practice alone works when a senior person leads the work and protects the time for it. In many MSPs nobody does, and the work slips.
A permanent hire gives you someone whose only job is this work. It also adds a large fixed cost. You pay that cost before you know whether your Secure AI sales can be repeated.
A consultancy designs a good system. When the consultants leave, your team is left with something it did not build and cannot repeat.
What is included, and what is not.
- Everything in Practice
- 10 working days with your leadership and commercial teams
- 4 working days alongside your team with selected customers
- Direct application of the 5P System to your own business
- A clear annual schedule, agreed when you join
- Unlimited consulting, or unlimited access
- Outsourced sales or marketing leadership
- Any technical build, licence or managed service
- Responsibility for running your business
- Deeper customer work, unless we scope and agree it first
- Any promise of pipeline, funding or revenue

Allow 60 minutes. We start with your business. Where does Microsoft sit today? What are customers asking for? What can your team sell now? What do you want to build over the next 12 months? We then work out whether Practice, Executive or neither is the right route.
Sixty minutes, at a time that suits you.
The call happens on video, with your leadership team. Pick a time and you will get a calendar invitation straight away.
- We listen first. It is a conversation about your business, not a presentation.
- Four possible outcomes. Executive. Practice. Community, or not yet. Or Cumulus is not the right fit.
- Then we tell you which. If Practice would do the job, we will say so.
- If it is the right fit. We confirm the membership and send the agreement and order details. Once these are complete, we invoice you. Payment confirms your place. We then send your onboarding questionnaire and agree your schedule.

Executive suits some MSPs, and Practice suits others.
Any Ingram Micro Microsoft partner can join Executive. You do not need to do Practice first. For many MSPs, Practice does the job. We will tell you plainly which level fits your business.
