2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any information you send us through it, including a Growth Review booking or enquiry.

They do not govern any paid engagement between us. Any engagement — Growth Executive, a Customer AI Revenue Engine engagement, or anything else — is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms in the event of any conflict.

3. Using this website

• You may use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• You must not misuse it, introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or place excessive load on it through automated means such as scraping or crawling without our prior written permission.
• You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, diagrams, frameworks and methodologies, and the structure and wording of the Five P System and the material describing our services — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and print content for your own internal business reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent. “TechGrowth Strategy & Insights”, “Formalus” and our logos are trademarks of the company and may not be used without permission.

A Growth Review is a complimentary conversation provided for general information. Anything discussed in it is indicative, based on what you tell us, and does not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome or specific professional advice. It should not be relied on as the sole basis for a business decision.

We process the information you give us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
