Booking confirmed

You’re booked in.

A calendar invitation is on its way to the email address you gave us. The call costs nothing, and there is no sales pitch. At the end you get an honest answer. That answer may be that you do not need us.

You will meet Michael Williamson himself. You will not be passed to an associate or an account manager. Michael leads the work if you go ahead.

What happens next

The three things that happen next.

The next steps are the same whether you booked a Growth Review or a call about Cumulus membership.

Now

A calendar invitation

For a video call, the invitation includes the joining link. Has the invitation not arrived within a few minutes? Check your junk folder before you assume something went wrong.

Before

One short email

A few days before the call, Michael sends two or three questions about your business. Your answers let the call focus on your situation. Less time goes on background.

On the day

The call itself

Together, we look at where your AI practice is constrained, and what would make the most difference. You leave with the right next step. Sometimes the honest answer is that there is no next step yet.

Getting the most from the call

Two things to do before the call.

  • Bring the people who make decisions. Invite anyone who would have to act on the outcome. That might be a sales lead, an operations lead or a co-founder. The call is worth much less with only one person.
  • Have your revenue figures to hand. Bring a rough split of last year’s revenue: managed services, projects, licences and anything AI-related. Approximate figures are fine. If the call is about a customer opportunity, bring what you know about that customer instead.

Apart from those two things, the only preparation is answering Michael’s short email. There is no questionnaire and no deck to read.

What the call is for

The call decides whether we should work together.

The aim of the call is to reach the right decision quickly. Nobody will try to talk you into anything. The call ends with one of four answers. Two of them can cost you nothing.

  • A paid next step is right for you. We tell you which option suits you and what it costs. After the call, we send you a sign-up link.
  • A different option suits you better. For example, most MSPs who ask about the Executive membership level should start with the Practice level. We will always say so.
  • Start free or start small. Cumulus Community costs nothing, and a single vertical workshop costs £500. Sometimes one of those is the honest recommendation.
  • We are not the right fit. We will say so on the call. You will not find out four months into something you have paid for.

No payment is taken on the call. If we agree a next step, you get a sign-up link afterwards. You decide in your own time.

In the meantime

Two pages to read before the call, if you want to.

Neither page is required reading. Both pages will save time on the call.

How it works

An AI practice needs two capabilities

The two capabilities page explains why the commercial half decides who leads the deal. It also shows the cost of arriving after the customer has already decided. The page sets out exactly where our work stops and yours starts.

The evidence

Proof

The Proof page sets out the operator record, including work inside many UK MSPs. At Principle Networks, we put their commercial growth system in place. The page also covers the research behind our work.

Need to change the time

Rescheduling is not a problem.

To reschedule, use the link in the calendar invitation. You can also email michael.williamson@techgrowthinsights.com directly. Michael replies himself, usually within a working day.

See you then.

Bring the people who make decisions, and your rough revenue figures. Michael will prepare everything else for the call.

Win the business case before you win the build.
